“Cosmic Dance” has taken a new turn, I’ve started working on something big. Had to expand on my sharpie ultra fine tip pens to make this vision come to life. The image is inspired by a scene from one of my favorite movies: Captain Fantastic. #sharpiedrawing #captainfantastic #dancingkids #sharpiefinepoint #snippet #dancing #cosmicdancers #cosmicdance

Number 3 in the series “Cosmic Dance”. This series is a lot more personal for me than a lot of the art I’ve posted this far to my Instagram. These kinds of images have been swirling around in my head for over a year now and I’ve been too intimated by them to try to actually make it. I guess, when I think about it, there’s so much beauty in nature that I want to show my appreciation to by drawing the beautiful animals and plants of this world. But there’s beauty in humans too. When I’m lost in dance I feel so good, words can’t really describe it. So I’m exploring it through art instead! ...

I’m having a lot of fun with Procreate. Second artpiece for the theme Cosmic Dance. I tried to doodle with the apple pencil, must say it was tricky! I’m so used to inkpens! #cosmicdancers #cosmicdancer #cosmicdance #procreate #prettycolors #bollywooddancers #dancerart #dreamy #pinksandpurples #silhouette #dancersilhouette

I’m back to Procreate for a change of pace. I’m not going to do a daily challenge this month, but I’ve thought of a theme I’d like to explore: Cosmic Dance. This is just one of many ways to interpret the theme. Maybe I’ll get some animation happening?! Today’s milestone: First humanoid figure on my Instagram feed! #procreate #dancingwoman #nighttimesky #moon #starrynight #cosmicdance #cosmicdancer #dancerart #digitalart #fullmoon #moonandstars #nightdance

All 23 doodled #botanimals all on one page!

Happy #halloween ! Here’s #blackcat mashed up with some classic #pumpkins :) this was the last botanimals of the month! Thank you to everyone who has been following and liking my art over the last month! #kittycat #inkdrawing #sharpieart #inktober #botanimals #botanimal #day31 #purr #catart #catdrawing #gourds

Catching up on some lost #botanimals before the end of the month. I think this #fox and #whitepine #mashup turned out rather nicely. #botanimal #foxart #pinetree #pinetreeart #micronpen #inktober #blackandwhite #octoberdrawingchallenge

Hooray, another #nudibranch ! After #30daysofnudibranches it felt so familiar to be drawing this #seaslug . The #botanimals plant of the day is #croton , I had never heard of this plant before. It meshes really nicely with this seaslug. It would be even cooler if it were in color. #botanimal #inktober #leaves #slug #slugart #inkdrawings #inkpens #mashup

Greyhound and grape! Another interesting mashup. Only a few more to go till the end of the month! #botanimals #botanimal #inktober #grape #greyhound #greyhounddog #dog #sleepydog #saddog #mashup #inkpens #detaileddrawing #cutedog #dogart #fastdog #racingdog

Yesterday I accidentally mixed up flowers. So today, instead of a trout lily, it’s #tapir with #plumblossom ! I love cherry blossoms and plum blossoms in art, they are fun to draw and paint. I think this tapir looks really happy with it’s plum blossom decor. #botanimals #botanimal #drawingchallenge #mashup #inkdrawings #sharpiedrawing #sharpieart #tapirart #flowers #blossom #cuteanimal #cherryblossom
