All the right things came together to allow this kind of thing to happen again. I’ve been going through some big transitions lately, moving internationally and starting the next chapter of my life in Europe! The inspiration for this artpiece came from me thinking about all the memories that we acquire in life, the older we get the more we experience and that puts strain on our ability to recall memories. Memories are still there, but become harder and harder to access. I used my favorite art supplies for this, watercolor markers and a fine tipped sharpie. Maybe I’ll give it a background, maybe I won’t… :/ What do you think? ...

Having some fun with #photoshop #mystrangetree #godoftheforest #whatdoyousee #blackandwhite #forestspirit #photoshopart #weirdart

So it seems I got a bit burnt out and have been making less art in general and obviously less posts to Instagram. I’m preparing for an international move, so I’m prioritizing spending time with friends rather than with art supplies. But here’s something I made in my #tinysketchbook over the course of the last week. Pretty happy with it. #doodlesofinstagram #doodledrawing #tinydrawings #highlydetailed #blackandwhite #whatdoyousee

Another landscape style transfer. The effects of style transfers are truly amazing, I look at these images with such awe. I imagine this is how it feels to have powerful magic abilities. There’s so much potential! #styletransfer #landscape #waterandmountains #resevoir #aigeneratedart #colorfullandscape #computerpainting #amazingresults

Another style transfer. Another nudibranch artwork was the source for this style, can you tell which one? #styletransfer #aigeneratedart #snake #viper #snakeart #greensnake #yelloweyes

First post of 2021 is a style transfer. Try to guess which nudibranch artwork was used as style for this picture of the Titons I took last October! I’ve been having a lot of fun with these style transfers. I’ll be posting more here in Instagram for sure. As for original artwork, I’ve been on a bit of winter hiatus. December is a month of a lot of reflection for me. I find myself now wanting to let go of the highly detailed art style for a bit and exploring some other things. We’ll see if things get posted or not… #mountains #landscape #waterandmountains #reflection #titons #styletransfer #pointillism #aigeneratedart #purpleandgreen ...

Oh man, what was I thinking when I started this project… It’s taking forever! The result is kind of mesmerizing though. #micronpen #highlydetailed #workinprogress #takingforever #balletdancers #ballerinaart #blackandwhite #somuchdetail

I have been having #somuchfun today using #styletransfer to make these #bizarre and #beautiful #aigeneratedart ! The idea of a blobby, artsy, abstract #geisha actually came to me in a #dream this morning. The power of my partner’s coding and computer wizardry brings that dream to life. #aiart #geishaart #japanesegeisha #sexygeisha #flirty #makesmesohappy

I’ve started something big with so much tiny detail, my phone is having difficulty capturing it well. I thought it would be fun to reuse the stencil I made for the starry dancers painting and make a very different version of it. I’ve never taken on a doodle project this big before. Wish me luck! #doodledrawing #workinprogress #micronpen #largescaledoodle #somuchdetail #finetippens #balletdancers #dancers #dancerart #blackandwhite #wishmeluck

Starting to find inspiration in microscopic organisms, cellular structures, biomes and nutrient absorption… #doodling #tinysketchbook #highlydetailed #micronpen #microscopic #bacteriaart #humanbiology #creativeinterpretation
